On the heels of a decision that broke the hearts of developers hoping to transform the F and Tiger-Dredge parking lots into a hotel, Breckenridge is now considering using the space for an in town park.
The vision includes a “green space” in the center of town, near the Riverwalk Center which may include a playground for families and officially take this key land parcel off the table for developers.
