A proposal that would allow ski areas to potentially expand activities in biking, zip lines and ropes courses, legislation that will no doubt bring jobs to Colorado mountain towns passed the U.S. Senate on Tuesday. The Obama administration backs the bill therfore it will no doubt be signed into law very quickly.
The proposed law will allow ski areas to apply to use national forest land for activities in the spring, summer and fall.
