On July 15th Dennis closed on the sale of a Breckenridge home for $5.55 million, almost a million dollars more than the previous high.

Although this home is one of a kind, other high-end luxury homes near it create the possibility of even higher sales record. Currently, a house in the same subdivision is on the market for $4.7 million, and a nearby undeveloped lot is on the market for a record-setting $3.3 million.
