Breckenridge companies receive awards for hospitality excellence BRECKENRIDGE — The Breckenridge Resort Chamber today announced that the Breckenridge Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (BCVB) and Beaver Run Resort are the recipients of 2008 Pinnacle Awards for their hospitality excellence, innovation, customer collaboration, and top-notch amenities, which set them apart from the rest.
“The Breckenridge CVB has taken customer service to a new level providing welcome booths, promotional giveaways and discount booklets for all meetings and large groups visiting Breckenridge,” said Shawna Henderson, Director of Sales for the BCVB. “We are honored to receive the Pinnacle distinction, and we congratulate Beaver Run Resort for their award and thank them for their continued partnership with us in hosting successful and memorable meetings in Breckenridge.”
After 24 years, the Pinnacle Award recognizes conference centers, hotels and CVBs across the country as chosen and reviewed by meeting planners and the readers of Successful Meetings Magazine for their commitment to hospitality excellence. Pinnacle Award winners consistently deliver unparalleled superiority in their levels of service and the quality of their facilities.
Only four other CVBs and two other conference centers in state of Colorado received Pinnacle Awards this year. “Beaver Run is honored to receive this prestigious award as it reflects a return on investment for all of our renovations to the conference center and property,” said Bruce Horii, Director of Sales and Marketing for Beaver Run. “We pride ourselves in always going above and beyond for our guests, and this award reflects the success of our management and staff in doing so.”
