Some interesting Real Estate facts for February:

-The most active price point for the past two months was in the $300,000 to $400,000 price ranges.

-YTD, Summit County monetary volume was down 60%, and number of transactions were down 63% compared to 2008.

-The average residential price per square foot was $335, still more "bang for your buck" compared to Eagle, Pitkin & San Miguel counties.

-The average Single Family Residential Price Index shows the price YTD $845,796, more than 2006, 2007 and 2008.

-Cash transactions still account for about 35% of all Real Estate closing for the month of February.
