Moving into the second week of February, home sales and homesite sales are staying consistent, trending at the same pace they were the first month of 2015. Feeling much like spring in the mountains, the sun is shining and people are having amazing “bluebird” ski days! There were a total of 15 residential sales with no homesite sales. The highest sale of the week was for a single-family 3,095 square foot home that sold for $925,000 located in Frisco.
